


Mint Lemonade
The perfect sip for sunny spring days, refreshing mint lemonade!

Mint Lemonade

1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Hot Water
6 Medium Lemons, juiced
3 Cups Cold Water
1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
2 Cups Ice Cubes, more if needed
Directions
- Heat 1/2 cup of water and then mix with sugar in a large pitcher. Let this cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Add 1 cup of the ice.
- Juice the lemons into the pitcher and mix until well combined.
- Add in 3 cups of cold water.
- Gently press and twist mint leaves in a muddling glass or use the flat end of a wooden spoon.
- Place half of the mint in the pitcher.
- In your drinking glass (or glasses), add the remaining ice and mint.
- Pour the lemonade into each glass and stir.
- Enjoy!
